Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Esoulz Digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Invite-Only Access

Esoulz Digital is an invite-only platform. Access is granted at our sole discretion following review of your application. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access without specifying a reason.

2. Ownership & Rights

You retain 100% ownership of all music you distribute through Esoulz Digital. By using our service, you grant Esoulz Digital a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to deliver your content to DSPs on your behalf. This licence ends when you remove content from the platform.

3. Royalties & Payments

Esoulz Digital collects royalties from DSPs and distributes them to you according to your plan. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis after DSPs remit payment. Esoulz Digital does not manufacture royalties — we pass through exactly what DSPs pay us minus any applicable fees.

4. Artist Funding

Funding advances are royalty-based and repaid at a 30% royalty split until the advance is recovered. Advances are not personal loans and no personal guarantee is required. Acceptance is subject to catalog performance review.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not distribute content that infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech, explicit unlicensed samples, or violates applicable law. Esoulz Digital may remove content that violates these rules at any time.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed from DSPs within 30 days. Any outstanding royalties due will be paid within 90 days of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Esoulz Digital is not liable for delays caused by DSPs, internet disruptions, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
